Our website is your go-to spot to browse and buy our perfumes. Here’s how it works:

• Access: It’s free to look around, but you’ll need an internet connection (that’s on you!).
• Accuracy: We do our best to keep product details, prices, and stock info spot-on, but if something’s off (like a typo), we’ll fix it and let you know if it affects your order.
• Your Responsibility: Keep your login details (if you make an account) safe – we’re not liable if someone else uses them.

3. Ordering with Us

• How It Works: Pick your perfume, choose pick-up in Ermelo or courier delivery, and pay through PayFast with your card. Easy!
• Availability: We’ll only confirm your order if we’ve got the stock. If something’s sold out, we’ll let you know and refund you pronto.
• Pricing: All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. What you see at checkout is what you pay – no hidden surprises (except shipping, if you choose it).

4. Shipping and Pick-Up

• Pick-Up: Free if you grab your order at our shop (26 Kerk Street, Ermelo, Shop 5). Just swing by when it’s ready – we’ll tell you when!
• Courier: We use The Courier Guy for R120 flat rate anywhere in South Africa. Delivery takes 5-7 working days after your order’s processed.
• Risk: Once your perfume leaves our hands (either with you or the courier), it’s your responsibility – but we’ll help if something goes wrong in transit.

5. Payments

• Method: We accept card payments via PayFast – safe and secure. They handle the transaction; we don’t store your card details.
• Timing: Payment’s due when you order online. For pick-ups, you can pay in-store if arranged ahead.
• Issues: If your payment fails, we’ll let you know, and your order stays on hold until it’s sorted.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Our Policy: Not happy with your perfume? Check our full Refunds and Returns Policy [link to it]. In short: 7 days to return if it’s damaged or wrong – as long as it’s mostly unused. We’ll exchange or refund you, no fuss.
• Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping if it’s our mistake; otherwise, it’s on you.
